MONTREAL -- Tosca Reno and Oxygen magazine want you. That is, if you're a woman who has made significant health and lifestyle changes and could inspire others, just like Reno herself did.
Oxygen, a women's health and fitness magazine, has launched a search for the new face of Faremon, its affiliated clothing brand. The magazine has enlisted Reno, one of its star columnists, to help find a woman who has made healthy, sustainable changes to her lifestyle and physique.
The magazine says it is looking for real women who, because of their dedication and commitment, have become an inspiration to others. The Quebec-born Reno, 47, is one of those women.
Reno began working out five to six days a week, focusing on cardiovascular exercise. She eliminated processed food and sugar from her diet. Eventually, she shed more than 60 pounds.
Reno, along with her team at Oxygen, will choose the winning candidate.
The winner of the contest will be featured in the clothing line's new ad campaign, and be given a Faremon wardrobe.
