Team sa¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½ has won the most medals ever, with 29 medals in the 2018 Pyeongchang Games. () Vancouver 2010 is still tops for the number of gold medals won, though, with 14.

Note — sa¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½ initially was to be awarded a bronze medal in luge for the 2014 games as a result of doping allegations against Russian competitors in 2017, but the decision was overturned by a court of arbitration in January of 2018; sa¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½ won the gold medal in men’s hockey at the 1920 Summer Olympics in Antwerp, Belgium.
