Following their gold medal performance in Pyeongchang this week, Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir are not only the darlings of figure skating, they鈥檝e also quickly become the darlings of social media.
The pair claimed gold in ice dance in their final performance, setting a world record in the short program and garnering praise from a slew of well-known Canadian compatriots in the process. One tweet in particular, and the response, has been burning up the Twittersphere.
Vancouver-born actor Ryan Reynolds, who has two young kids with wife Blake Lively, is known for his social media antics, tweeted out praise for Team sa国际传媒, freestyle skier Cassie Sharpe, and Virtue and Moir.
