Since at least the 13th century Kabbalah has taught that the Divine can be accessed through our bodies. Indeed, within Jewish mystical teaching is found a profoundly practical and deeply rooted approach to grounded spirituality that most people today have yet to encounter. This approach balances the physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual—it is a balanced path ripe for our times.

Join Rabbi Matthew Ponak for this free event as he shares teachings from his new book Embodied Kabbalah: Jewish Mysticism for All People. This project of translation and commentary is a universal offering drawn from traditional sources for the sake of everyone who seeks more integration, kindness, and connection in our world.

“Inspiring, deeply moving, and illuminating. Rabbi Matthew Ponak makes the mysteries of Kabbalah accessible to beginners and advanced spiritual seekers alike.”

~Dr. Beth Hedva, author of Betrayal, Trust and Forgiveness

“Rabbi Matthew Ponak’s compilation of Kabbalistic and Hasidic texts is a sumptuous offering for Jewish and non-Jewish seekers alike… Ponak’s edition is illustrative of the integrative approach of a new generation, and I celebrate the opportunity to include it in my studies and teaching.”

~Rabbi Tirzah Firestone, PhD, author of Wounds into Wisdom: Healing Intergenerational  Jewish Trauma

“An evolutionary text that heralds the dawn of a true age — one where

transcendence and immanence are indistinguishable from each other. This is the path that will save us — the path of the wholly holy. It’s all God, even the dust that falls from our awakening hearts. Highly recommended!”

~Jeff Brown, author of Grounded Spirituality and Soulshaping
