Victoria driving instructor Steve Wallace has promised to appear in provincial court next month on three counts of alleged sexual assault.

One of the alleged sexual assaults dates from 2011, the other two from 2021.

On Friday, Wallace entered into an undertaking with Victoria police to report to a bail supervisor before 4 p.m. on Monday.

The undertaking requires him not to have contact with three alleged victims. In addition, Wallace must not give driving lessons to women unless a third party is present.

Wallace was not required to hand over his passport or post any money.

ICBC has permanently cancelled Wallace鈥檚 driver instructor licence, CHEK News reported. Wallace has 30 days to appeal.
