Applications are being accepted for the latest round of government funding to help promote the sale of sa国际传媒-based products.

The Buy sa国际传媒 program, relaunched in 2018, is designed to help sa国际传媒-based producers, from farmers to fishers and food and beverage producers, promote their products and increase sales within the province.

It also helps British Columbians to easily identify and access products made in sa国际传媒, said Agriculture Minister Lana Popham.

Since 2018, the program has licensed more than 500 sa国际传媒 companies that can use the Buy sa国际传媒 logo, and 116 sa国际传媒 companies have received funding.

Sheringham Distillery in Sooke, for example, added the Buy sa国际传媒 logo to its vodka and gin.

Distillery spokesman Terence Fitzgerald said the program allowed the company to free up capital to create new product lines, as well as target more areas with added marketing materials. 鈥淎s we expand our business, the program has given us the chance to include marketing materials in all product boxes shipped, provide promotional materials to retailers and add different items we have not created before.鈥

The Buy sa国际传媒 Partnership Program will provide $2 million this year to help eligible applicants with marketing efforts using the logo on their products or promotional materials to help consumers easily identify made-in-sa国际传媒 products.

Applications will be accepted until April 7.
