Victoria鈥檚 David Foster is letting online audiences into his home on a daily basis during the COVID-19 outbreak 鈥� albeit safely, via Instagram.
The Grammy Award winner and his wife, Katharine McPhee, took to the social media app this week for a concert from their living room, during which Foster addressed requests from the audience. 鈥淲e want to take requests for songs, but the thing is, I don鈥檛 know how to play any songs [by other people]. We鈥檙e new at this.鈥�
To watch the video, viewers first have to follow either Foster () or McPhee () on their personal Instagram pages. Foster said they will try to livestream a concert at 5:30 p.m. each day.
鈥淲e decided because we鈥檙e all housebound as most of you are 鈥� or should be 鈥� that we would have a little fun.鈥�
鈥淏ecause we鈥檙e bored,鈥� McPhee added. 鈥淏ut we鈥檙e sticking with the program for the greater good.鈥�
The couple performed Leonard Cohen鈥檚 Hallelujah, Nat King Cole鈥檚 Unforgettable and Charlie Chaplin鈥檚 Smile during their first concert.
