A cross-sa国际传媒 tour by British rockers The Cult will stop at the Royal Theatre on Sept. 19.
The date is part of the band’s 8424 Tour, which commemorates four decades of hits — including She Sells Sanctuary, Fire Woman, and Edie (Ciao Baby) — all with singer Ian Astbury and guitarist Billy Duffy at the helm.
The upcoming date is The Cult’s first Vancouver Island appearance since 2014, when the group performed at Rock the Shores. The Cult’s most recent recording is Under the Midnight Sun, which arrived in 2022.
