The concert calendar in Victoria continues to grow as several acts have announced shows on Vancouver Island in the coming months.
City and Colour鈥檚 first tour in two years will touch down at the Royal Theatre on Nov. 16. The 12-select trek kicks off the night prior at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre in Vancouver. Tickets for the solo show go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. through rmts.bc.ca.
The Capital Ballroom has also been active with announcements, adding several high profile acts to its itinerary over the weekend. Victoria avant-pop artist Art D鈥橢cco is booked to play there Nov. 4, while chart-topping electro-pop singer Charlotte Cardin will visit the Yates Street venue on Jan. 28. Vancouver indie rockers The Zolas are set to play the room on Nov. 27.
Yukon Blonde and Gold & Youth, two rock acts from Vancouver, will be at the ballroom Oct. 22. San Francisco DJ favourite Mark Farina will return to the room for a show on Dec. 17.
