Get a deal on museum admission

The Royal sa国际传媒 Museum continues its admission-by-donation promotion until next Wednesday. But once that expires, you can still get a break on admission at the After-School Special, with half-price entry weekday afternoons until the end of March.

The Royal sa国际传媒 Museum continues its admission-by-donation promotion until next Wednesday. But once that expires, you can still get a break on admission at the After-School Special, with half-price entry weekday afternoons until the end of March.

鈥淲e trialled half-price admissions and were delighted that the response was so positive. It鈥檚 something we will now continue with all winter,鈥� said Royal sa国际传媒 Museum CEO Jack Lohman.

Every weekday afternoon, individual museum admission is half price from 3:30 p.m. until closing at 5 p.m. Children five and under can experience the museum galleries free of charge, as they do year-round.

Check out a number of new exhibits on display at the museum, such as the Wildlife Photographer of the Year.

The After-School Special does not include admission to the Imax theatre.

The museum, at 675 Belleville St., is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. For more information, go to royalbcmuseum.bc.ca.
