Everyone from skilled production personnel to inexperienced high school students will have an opportunity to see how the film industry operates, Saturday at the Vancouver Island South Film and Media Commission鈥檚 third annual film and television career fair.
Reel Careers in Film & Media is聽set for 11 a.m. at Camosun College鈥檚 PISE Building on the Interurban Campus (4371 Interurban Rd.).
More than 40 industry professionals will be in attendance, giving hopefuls the opportunity to meet with those employed in sa国际传媒鈥檚 $3.4-billion film industry.
While film shoots on Vancouver Island are flourishing, skilled technicians are in聽short supply.
The event runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
