Two Disney classics are on tap this weekend in Duncan for outdoor drive-in theatre screenings at Cowichan Exhibition Park.
The movies are being screened as part of the Fresh Air Cinema series, a pop-up theatre experience that will visit more than 30 communities throughout the province this summer.
Onward (Friday, 9:15 p.m.) and The Lion King (Saturday, 9:15 p.m.) will be shown free of charge to a maximum of 50 cars. Tickets must be purchased in advance through eventbrite.ca. Donations are being accepted, and will be given to Nourish Cowichan Society.
The drive-in-theatre series will travel to Victoria for screenings on June 19 and 20. The movies to be screened have not been announced.
