The money is distributed by the sa国际传媒 Literacy Society using proceeds from the annual sa国际传媒 Book Drive. The provincial government provides additional funding through Decoda Literacy Solutions.
Since the book drive was launched in 1998, more than $5 million has been distributed to non-profit education and literacy organizations.
