ATLANTA (AP) 鈥 Yes, they've nicknamed the baby 鈥淣ugget," after a woman delivered a girl at an Atlanta McDonald's.

Alandria Worthy that her labor was intensifying and her fianc茅 was driving her to the hospital Wednesday morning when they stopped so she could use the bathroom at the fast food restaurant.

鈥淚 went into the bathroom and my water broke immediately,鈥 Worthy said.

Worthy said she started screaming. Restaurant manager Tunisia Woodward went to see what was happening.

"I open this door, didn鈥檛 see anyone, but I saw feet (under the door),鈥 Woodward said. 鈥淚 opened, and she was on this toilet lying back, screaming. Then I knew to tell my crew, 鈥榃e鈥檙e having a baby today.鈥欌

Woodward and two workers began to help. The fianc茅, Deandre Phillips, came in to check what was taking so long, only to find Worthy giving birth.

鈥淚 was trying to calm her down because she was frantic," Phillips said. "I was like, 鈥楯ust breathe.鈥 I got her on the floor, and I took off my clothes. The ladies at McDonald鈥檚 were at her front side, holding her hands, I had her feet propped up on my knees. We told her to push three pushes. She was a fighter.鈥

Less than fifteen minutes later, Nandi Ariyah Moremi Phillips was born.

鈥淥h, my God, it鈥檚 still crazy that it happened,鈥 Worthy said.

鈥淵es, she popped out onto my hand,鈥 Phillips said.

The parents tell the TV station 鈥渄ivine intervention鈥 brought them to McDonald鈥檚 where three women could help.

鈥淲e all are mothers and so we put our heads together and all we needed daddy to do was catch the baby. And he did,鈥 Woodward said of herself and her coworkers, Sha鈥檘uerria Kaigler and Keisha Blue-Murray.

Although the baby鈥檚 birth certificate reads 鈥淣andi Ariyah Moremi Phillips,鈥 the McDonald鈥檚 crew gave the baby girl another name.

鈥淚 said, we鈥檙e going to name her Little Nugget. That鈥檚 her nickname: McDonald鈥檚 Little Nugget,鈥 Woodward said.

That nickname may stick.

鈥淪he鈥檚 definitely a nugget,鈥 Phillips agreed. 鈥淢y parents loved the name, too. We were like, okay, it fits her. My little nugget.鈥

Steve Akinboro, who owns the franchise, awarded the employees $250 gift cards. Woodward said she鈥檒l spend all the money on Nandi.
