Whether you鈥檙e a custom builder or just starting your tiny-home journey, this workshop is an opportunity to learn the ins and outs of designing, building and living tiny.

The course will be led by Kenton Zerbin, an Edmonton-based educator who has just finished building his own tiny home. He will provide practical, in-depth information on everything from trailer options to floor plans, legalities and living systems.

Participants will get step-by-step instructions on every aspect needed to design and build a dream small space.

This workshop is also an opportunity to join forces with others who are working toward bylaw changes to allow tiny homes in Vancouver Island municipalities.

Early-bird registration is $299 until Nov. 30, and $349 after. The course runs Jan. 19 to 21 at Rotary Field House, 850 Third St., in Nanaimo, and Jan. 27 to 28 at Roundhouse Farm, 1506 Burnside Rd. West.
