DEERFOOT MEADOWS
The $1-billion Deerfoot Meadows in Calgary stretches over 3.5 million square feet of total retail development over 400 acres. The site attracts 40 million visitors a year and has more than 500,000 square feet of land for future developments. Focus Equities designed and built the innovative main access highways and roads off major freeways. Focus Equities sold the site to Ivanhoe Cambridge in 2008. Much of the development along the Bow River was preserved as wetlands for waterfowl and fish.
MEADOWS MILE
The 27-acre retail centre in Calgary is home to high-end car dealerships including Porsche, Ferrari, Maserati and Rolls- Royce, as well as hotels and other retail outlets.
AURUM ENERGY PARK
Located in Edmonton, the 750-acre development features direct access to a high-load rail and highway corridor and Anthony Henday Highway. Aurum is home to several oilfield service companies and suppliers, on the doorstep of sa国际传媒鈥檚 energy capital and the oilsands of Fort McMurray.
