FOOD AND DRINK
Don't go to this weekend's Art of the Cocktail if you like your drinks neat. At the three-day festival, participants will see and taste nearly 50 spirits shaken, stirred, blended and mixed into classic or innovative creations by master mixologists.
The event features workshops, professional and amateur bartending competitions. Workshops are $25 each.
The main event is the Grand Tasting, where mixologists serve up colourful concoctions. Nibble on appetizers served up by local chefs while listening to live music.
Tickets to the Grand Tasting are $45, which includes two cocktails. Additional samples are $1. The event starts at 7 p.m. Saturday in the Crystal Garden.
