The Fairfield Gonzales Community Association is hosting its second annual Fall FAIRfield Harvest Fete on Saturday.
Highlights for this year's festival include: Celtic band Black Angus, the Great Giffoni Magic Show, Calamity Circus, musician Mick Gorman and friends, Contra Dance, Saanich International Dancers and expanded food and drink offerings from local vendors.
There is also a harvest hat competition - people who decorate and wear a hat in the harvest theme could win a prize.
The event is free. The fair runs 1 to 5 p.m. at Robert Porter Park (behind Sir James Douglas Elementary School). For more information, go to fairfieldcommunity.ca.
