The midcentury contemporary features vaulted ceilings, two fireplaces, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and nearly 1,800 square feet of living space. There are city and mountain views.

Vieira, 58, co-anchored Today (2006-11) and was a co-host on The View from 1997 to 2007. She and former Today colleague Matt Lauer recently reunited for broadcasts during the London Olympics.

Cohen, 64, is a former producer for CNN and journalist for CBS News.

NANNY CO-STAR GETTING OUT OF L.A.

Beverly Hills Nanny co-star Tricia Leigh Fisher has listed her home in L.A.'s Carthay neighbourhood at $929,000.

The Spanish-style house, built in 1927, is gated and sits behind walls. A step-down living room features wooden cathedral ceilings, a stone fireplace and French doors that open to a courtyard with a fountain. There are four bedrooms, two bathrooms and about 2,100 square feet of living space. The garage has been turned into studio space.

Leigh, 43, used the house as her bachelorette pad before marrying actor and musician Byron Thames in 2007. She has been leasing it out in recent years. Public records show she bought the property in 2005 for $1.2 million.

SCREENWRITER PASSES TO A PACER

Screenwriter Kevin Williamson has sold his house in the Hollywood Hills to Indiana Pacer Danny Granger for $3.715 million.

The chic contemporary, built in 1990, features walls of glass, city views and 15-foot-tall ceilings, which may have appealed to the 6-foot-8 forward. Designed for entertaining, the house has three expansive terraces, a pool-area bar and a swimming pool. There is a gym with a sauna, a home theatre, four bedrooms, five bathrooms and 5,140 square feet of living space.

Williamson, 47, bought the property in 2003 for $3.1 million. Known for the Scream films, he also works on The Vampire Diaries television series, which he developed (2009present).

Granger, 29, has played for the Pacers since 2005.

CHESTNUT RIDING OUT OF HIDDEN HILLS

Actor Morris Chestnut has sold his house in Hidden Hills for $2.3 million.

The six-bedroom, seven-bathroom Mediterranean on 2.4 acres was most recently marketed as a short sale. Chestnut paid $3.3 million for the property in 2007, public records show.

The 5,522-square-foot house, built in 1974, has a teen suite on one floor and all other living areas on the main floor. There are openbeam ceilings, stone floors and two master bedroom suites. French doors off one suite open to a swimming pool. Other outdoor amenities include a tennis court, a covered patio, a barbecue area and a fivestall stable.

Chestnut, 43, had a recurring role last year in American Horror Story and starred in V (2009-11). His film credits include The Perfect Holiday (2007), G.I. Jane (1997) and Boyz N the Hood (1991).

ART DEALER SEEKS A FINAL OFFER

Final Offer reality show star Patrick Painter has listed a property in Hancock Park at $1.649 million.

Built in 1927, the Spanish-style duplex with 4,841 square feet of living space sits on a tree-lined street.

Original details include arched windows, coved ceilings and ironwork.

Each unit has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The upper unit also features a bonus room/office.

When not bidding on rare or historic items on the new Discovery Channel show, the 58-year-old art dealer runs a gallery in Santa Monica.

Public records show he bought the property in 2006 for $1.9 million.
