Water flow at Broadmead Village was back to normal by Tuesday afternoon after a water-pipe rupture on Monday that closed restaurants.
Porta-potties were brought in and several stores stayed open, said Warrington PCI Management, which runs the shopping centre.
The water was turned on Tuesday morning, and after a few leaks were dealt with, things were back to normal by afternoon, the company said.
