Greater Victoria Crime Stoppers is looking for the “charcuterie lover” who stole a $600 wheel of gouda in Saanich.
Whoever is behind the cheesy caper should “get yourself out of the pickle you are currently in and visit the police station to clear this matter up,” Crime Stoppers says on its Facebook page, where it posted a picture of the suspect.
“We must be crackers, though, if we think you are going to, so we are asking our fabulous followers to help out,” the page said. “If you know who our charcuterie lover is please tell us, you will remain anonymous, of course, and they won’t.”
Call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or visit .
