Langford City Hall reopened on Monday and resumed full services to the public after a flood damaged department work stations and computer systems.

Parts of the building at 877 Goldstream Ave. had to be closed on June 26 after a sprinkler pipe burst in the third-floor attic and rained water down on the main reception area and shut down the administration, financial and planning departments.

Work to repair the water damage is still underway, but city officials said on Monday operations are back to full capacity.

Administration, bylaw, parks, and engineering departments are available on the second floor of city hall.

Finance, planning, building and business licensing departments are open on the ground floor at Unit 117, accessible from the left side of the building, directly off the rear parking lot.

Committee and council meetings will be held  on the third floor in council chambers, including Monday’s sustainable development advisory committee meeting, and the July 15 regular council meeting.

The city said signs are in place to direct residents to specific departments.
