UPDATE: David Benjamin has been arrested, West Shore RCMP said Friday.
West Shore RCMP are looking for a man they say is dangerous and should not be approached.
David Benjamin Huntley, 34, who often goes by Ben, is wanted on warrants for careless use of a firearm, possession of a firearm without a licence and eight counts of possession of a substance for the purpose of trafficking.
He is also wanted for possession of property obtained by crime, police said.
He is described as white, five-foot-seven and 150 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call West Shore RCMP at 250-474-2264 or report anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
