The driver of a U-Haul rental truck crashed into a utility pole Tuesday afternoon in View Royal, leaving 2,905 sa国际传媒 Hydro customers without power.
West Shore RCMP and View Royal Fire Department were on the scene of the crash on the Island Highway and Burnett Road near the Fort Victoria RV Park as crews worked to restore power. Police due to the damaged pole and low-hanging wires.
