A man who killed his father with a crossbow in a Toronto library has been sentenced to life in prison with no chance of parole for 10 years.
Zhou Fang, now 26, confessed to firing a crossbow bolt into the back of Si Cheng, 52, at the Main Street public library branch on Dec. 2, 2010, then crushing his skull with a hammer.
