Former sa国际传媒 man laughs while trying to plead guilty to killing

WINNIPEG 鈥� A man who is accused of killing a Winnipeg woman eight years ago laughed as he tried to plead guilty to second-degree murder Monday. Traigo Andretti is already serving a life-sentence for killing and dismembering his wife on Hanson Island.

WINNIPEG 鈥� A man who is accused of killing a Winnipeg woman eight years ago laughed as he tried to plead guilty to second-degree murder Monday.

Traigo Andretti is already serving a life-sentence for killing and dismembering his wife on Hanson Island.

He was charged in the Winnipeg murder while in jail in sa国际传媒, and was brought back to the Manitoba capital to face charges of killing Myrna Letandre in 2006.

Andretti has refused to meet with a lawyer several times and told Judge Tim Preston he wants to plead guilty.

Letandre鈥檚 sister sobbed in the courtroom as the 38-year-old laughed while his case was discussed.

Andretti is scheduled to formally enter a guilty plea Sept. 10.
