No one was injured after several shots were fired at a taxi around 2: 15 a.m., Saturday in Halifax.
Police say the 48-year-old taxi driver was with a passenger when the vehicle was shot at from another vehicle, with some shots hitting the cab.
Staff Sgt. Lindsay Hernden says the passenger, a man in his mid-20s, had left the scene before officers arrived and is being sought by the police.
Police said the suspect vehicle was occupied by several people at the time of the shooting.
