While the mayor and council consider this additional spending, and the hiring of three full-time staff including a facilities project specialist, a grant writer and a climate-change-outreach specialist, is there any room also to hire a person to implement an educational program for the mayor to teach her how to stop cutting all the trees down in Victoria?
