When Victoria council was openly asking for design input for Biketoria, what were the writer鈥檚 suggestions? He talks about the disregard for those affected, yet the amount of advertising asking for bike-lane input prior to design showed regard for any group that wished to comment.
The author claims the only time he is in the bike lanes is to pump his numbers down, whereas I use the lanes regularly, totally enjoy them and see lots of other users.
