I could not agree more with this opinion. The 鈥淪IN鈥� of sa国际传媒 Finance Minister Carole James鈥檚 speculation-tax requirements should definitely be challenged in the courts. My most recent correspondence from the sa国际传媒 Revenue Agency has the first six digits of my SIN crossed out, revealing only the last three numbers. If the CRA respects the privacy of Canadian residents, so should the sa国际传媒 government.
