April 13: Maybe felines should roam free

Re: 鈥淰ictoria second rattiest city in province, again,鈥� 鈥淪aanich urged to create bylaw to control cats,鈥� April 10. There was an interesting juxtaposition of stories in Wednesday鈥檚 sa国际传媒. Hmmm.

There was an interesting juxtaposition of stories in Wednesday鈥檚 sa国际传媒.

Hmmm. Cats are really useful in keeping down the rat population. Maybe the movement to keep cats indoors is contributing to the rat problem?
