I am just wondering if Premier John Horgan and sa国际传媒 Green Party Leader Andrew Weaver have received their thank-you card from Jason Kenney following the election that will put him in the premier鈥檚 chair of the province of Alberta.
By using 鈥渆very tool in the toolbox鈥� to stop the expansion of the Trans Mountain pipeline and restrict 100,000聽energy workers from getting back to work, what did you expect? Now Alberta will become wide open with resource extraction.
Since here in sa国际传媒 we now pay the highest cost for energy in North America, and our carbon tax is no longer revenue-neutral for us taxpayers, here鈥檚 a thought: Instead of using the carbon tax to subsidize rich folks buying their new electric cars or to buy votes in tight ridings, perhaps the incoming provincial carbon tax fund should be used to build a bubble over the province. That way we could continue to deny we live on a globe.
Think turning off the taps won鈥檛 stand a court challenge? Remember Alberta is rat-free, it鈥檚 done by inspections at the border. Well done with that 鈥渢ool box.鈥�
