Re: 鈥淣ewhook era over with Grizzlies鈥� ouster from the BCHL playoffs,鈥� April 3.
Thanks to the Victoria Grizzlies for another great season. These young guys are amazing. They play for the love of the game and they play hockey as it should be played 鈥� fast, tough, highly skilled.
A number of current team members will go on to play NCAA college-level hockey next year. Some, such as Alex Newhook, will be drafted down the road and play for an NHL team. And others will make it to the 鈥渂igs.鈥� Regardless, they鈥檙e all amazing athletes.
Thanks to all the Grizzlies. I wish each of you all the best. I鈥檓 already looking forward to next year.
