Back to square one after referendum

Re: 鈥淲hy sa国际传媒 voters rejected electoral reform,鈥� Dec. 22. It鈥檚 over and done and we鈥檙e back to square one 鈥� $14.5 million later. The premier and leader of the Green Party end up with egg on their faces and the yoke is on us.
