Obviously, the 鈥渃ity fathers鈥� believe in the practice of birch control.
Some citizens are quite upset. It鈥檚 obviously a family tree.
Simple solution.
Save one of the branches as the son of a birch and plant it for all to view and admire in a nearby location, out of the way of those beloved bike lanes.
