Re: “Others love to bring up Victoria’s sewage,” editorial, Feb. 3.
As a flatlander from Manitoba, I am disappointed by the attitude reflected in the summary line of the editorial: “Tell the rest of saʴý to put a cork in it.”
For well over a half a century, communities large and small across saʴý have been dealing with their “poop problem” in an environmentally friendly fashion. The capital region is very late to the party in dealing with this issue. I believe it is time for the capital region sewage systems and this publication to “put a cork in it.”
