Contracts another legacy of Campbell

Re: 鈥渟a国际传媒 Hydro to lose billions after rush to buy 鈥榳rong type of power,鈥� 鈥� Feb. 14. Along with the sa国际传媒 Rail scandal and the shameful illegal war on teachers, we can now add the costly contract shackles imposed on sa国际传媒

Along with the sa国际传媒 Rail scandal and the shameful illegal war on teachers, we can now add the costly contract shackles imposed on sa国际传媒 Hydro as yet another dismal legacy of former premier Gordon Campbell.
