Yet one of the great features of the current electoral system, as it has proven over and over again, is that its large-tent evolution is a far better way to achieve 鈥渃onsensus鈥� on both main sides than one driven by the left, the far left and the wingnut left.
And the first guy who says: 鈥淏ut we just didn鈥檛 ask the right question鈥� should be put on the next bus to Belgium.
