Thank you to the sa国际传媒 for investigating the records of this infamous decision.
I am curious why parts of the meetings between Victoria Mayor Lisa Helps and the city family were not recorded. I am aware of the answer given.
Whether it be a council or a Boy Scout committee, I have always thought all potential monetary expenses discussed had to be recorded.
If the meeting was considering ideas about the statue, then surely all involved knew money would be involved.
