Election outcome would not change

Steve Price would like a new election called in Sidney because Mayor Cliff McNeil-Smith, who won by an overwhelming majority, overspent by less than $2,000.

Steve Price would like a new election called in Sidney because Mayor Cliff McNeil-Smith, who won by an overwhelming majority, overspent by less than $2,000. Is holding another election worth the expense? Does Price think the outcome would be different?
