Last week, CBC television news reported that gas prices across sa国际传媒 had dropped to their lowest of the year. Gas in Toronto was down to 92.9 cents per litre.
Although the wholesale price of crude is at its lowest price in years, in the low $40 range, gas prices in Victoria remain close to the year鈥檚 high at $1.37 per litre.
Somebody is gouging us.
