Re: 鈥淚CBC mess not the fault of NDP,鈥� letter, March 24.
The letter-writer incorrectly claims that ICBC鈥檚 mess is not the fault of the NDP.
But in fact, an NDP government created the unsustainable bureaucracy decades ago, thus enabling any game-playing by politicians over funding and improper risk ratings.
Many ICBC employees work to provide good service, while others are so incompetent they cannot write guidance material that even agents can understand.
I urge eliminating ICBC and regulation of private insurers, instead depending on the justice system to address any fraud.
