Since none of us is 200 feet tall, it would be good if henceforward design proposals of buildings were presented not from a bird鈥檚-eye view but solely as they would appear to a person standing at street level.
In fact, it should be made mandatory for all applications to council.
That, after all, is how we would have to experience it, day in, day out, once it鈥檚 built.
