It is ironic that the Chinese government is targeting the Richardson Grain Company of Winnipeg, whose former leader, James Richardson, was the first of Pierre Trudeau鈥檚 finance ministers. As well as the first of five finance ministers to resign on Trudeau. I am still waiting for the CBC documentary on that unfortunate episode.
