It's difficult to speed on James Bay streets

Re: "Taxis face crackdown over rush to pick up cruise-ship fares," Aug. 10. I passed one of these speed checks the other day and chuckled to myself, passing by at 20 km/h.

I passed one of these speed checks the other day and chuckled to myself, passing by at 20 km/h.

As a resident of James Bay, I find it hard to imagine anyone finding a way to "speed" with the continuous obstructions: a steady stream of slow-moving carriages and tour buses.
