Our civic leaders want to put non-slip surfaces at intersections so that poor drivers not paying attention won鈥檛 rear-end the car in front of them, but they leave a footpath on the new bridge in a dangerous condition every time it rains.
Where in heaven鈥檚 name do these elected officials get their ideas?
