Isn鈥檛 the sa国际传媒 SPCA an umbrella organization that oversees the import of these 鈥渞escue鈥� animals from outside the country?
It should have control of the animals brought into sa国际传媒 If it doesn鈥檛, why not? It seems like a perfect fit. The border crossings are a good place to start.
Some of these rescue groups bring in many animals at once. Who knows what health problems they have, or even what diseases they might be carrying into sa国际传媒 to infect our pets.
We shouldn鈥檛 be importing rescue animals when we have so many here in our province that need a loving home.
I believe the sa国际传媒 SPCA should have responsibility for the rescue animals coming into our province.
