Recently, I waited one hour for a cab (at 10 p.m., not a busy time, according to the cab driver who drove me home) to take me from James Bay to Fairfield.
This isn鈥檛 the first time. It has happened on several occasions. Once, not long ago, I waited four hours, calling the taxi company several times.
Where is Uber when we need it? This is crazy. And unsafe.
