Les Leyne is so focused on caricaturing Premier John Horgan that he fails to mention the explicit and often-stated goal of pipeline expansion, which is to get crude oil to foreign markets where companies can get higher prices (without the cost of refining). Refining and shipping more gasoline for us is not on the agenda.
