The quirkiness of sa国际传媒 politicians is legend. One has to wonder if this might be caused by the air they breathe.
Could it be that the sweet effluvium left behind by the horse-drawn carriages that circle the legislature daily somehow affects the olfactory senses, which could also affect common sense?
I totally support the carriage trade, but rerouting their trips might be worthy of consideration.
